My client had a tight price range and a short timeline and we were challenged in the summer of 09 with finding anything suitable under $350,000. He was ready to take what he could get, but when he saw this place, it was love at first site. Everything about it suited him, from the neighborhood and the architecture to the clever built-ins and bookshelves.
When he found the home, it was already in contract, but we put in a back up offer and were lucky to scoot him up to first place just in time for him to start his third year of law school at Stanford.
