We had a much bigger turnout than usual at our open houses this past Sunday. I suspect buyers who have been hunkering down during the holidays are now ready to start looking.  My hope is that the inventory of desireable properties will rise to meet the demand.

Friday the 4th will be a telling day as it’s the deadline for new listings to be entered into the MLS for next Tuesday’s Tour.  I’ll keep you posted.

 In the meantime, here are a couple of new Paragon listings that are just hitting the market:

 2184 Fell Street  listed for $1,175,000. Chic, top floor 3br/2ba contemporary condo set at the entrance to Golden Gate Park (it’s the last block– cross street is Stanyan). Wonderful southern exposure and private roof deck. . Worth a look online or in person.

 50 Lucerne #7  listed for $649,000. This is the first attractive, well-priced loft to come on the market in some time.  1br/1.5ba. +/-1100 square feet. Classic lay-out. Great SOMA cul-de-sac block off Brannan near Showplace Square and the Flower Market.
